PLAY Crew

🇩🇪 Als ich meine Liebsten heute am SWF abgeholt habe, sie sind mit PLAY aus Berlin bzw. Reykjavik gelanden, bot sich ein Anblick, den es so bald nicht mehr geben wird. Die Crew des Flugs OG121 vom 11.8.2025 kommt aus dem Terminal und macht sich auf ihren Weg ins Hotel.

 🇺🇸 When I picked up my loved ones at SWF today — they had arrived with PLAY from Berlin via Reykjavik — I witnessed a scene that soon will be a thing of the past: the crew of flight OG121 from August 11, 2025, emerging from the terminal and heading off to their hotel.

Die Blog-Einträge über New York und das Hudson Valley sind bereits von der Webseite verschwunden,  nur ein Rest im aktuellen Flugplan zeigt, dass Play noch ein paar Mal nach Newburgh kommt und dann Schluss ist. Wobei die Angabe 7/Woche schon nicht mehr stimmt.

The blog posts about New York and the Hudson Valley have already disappeared from the website; only a small note in the current flight schedule shows that Play will be flying to Newburgh a few more times — and then that’s it. The listed “7 per week” is already no longer accurate.

Nachdem heute Play's Airbus A320 mit dem Kennzeichen #TF-PPB als Flug #OG121 aus Keflavik (KEF) hier am Stewart International Airport (SWF) auf Landebahn 27 aufgesetzt hat, bleiben nur noch 18 weitere Landungen bevor die Route eingestellt wird.

After Play's Airbus A320, registration TF-PPB, touched down today as flight OG121 from Keflavik (KEF) on runway 27 at Stewart International Airport (SWF), only 18 more landings remain before the route is discontinued.
