Europaeischen Kontinent zu verbinden. So weit, so gut. Nur wie kommt man
aus der niemals schlafenden Stadt denn zum Flugzeug und vom Flugzeug in
die schillernde Metropole am Hudson?
Ehrlich gesagt, auch ohne dass ich es bereits ausprobiert haette, denke
ich, dass der Weg zum Big Apple via Stewart International Airport wohl
der angenehmste sein duerfte. Vielleicht nicht der schnellste und auch
sicher nicht der guenstigste, aber der entspannteste. Nicht zuletzt weil
man in den Zuegen der Metro North ungestraft ein Fahrbier trinken kann.
Und etwa 90 Minuten verbringt man in einem Zug der Metro North auf dem
Weg vom oder zum Stewart Airport.

Honestly, even though I haven’t tried it myself yet, I think that the route to the Big Apple via Stewart International Airport is probably the most pleasant one. Maybe not the fastest, and certainly not the cheapest, but the most relaxing. Not least because you’re allowed to enjoy a travel beer on the Metro-North trains without getting in trouble. And you'll spend about 90 minutes on a Metro-North train on your way to or from Stewart Airport.
