Als letzte Verbindung fiel die Nonstop-Strecke nach Orlando (MCO) weg – damit endet die knapp zweijährige Präsenz der Airline am Flughafen. Little more than a year after expanding its schedule, Frontier Airlines permanently ended all operations at New York Stewart International Airport (SWF) on July 2, 2023. The last route to go was the nonstop service to Orlando (MCO), bringing the carrier's not-quite-two-year presence at the airport to a close. For travelers across the southern Hudson Valley, it means the loss of an affordable direct link to the South.
